Your ActionCOACH Business Coach will conduct this consultation with 3 goals in mind. Firstly, the ActionCOACH will require a snapshot of where you business is at right now, and he/she can help you determine that. Once completed, the ActionCOACH Business Coach will then clarify your short and long term personal and business goals. Lastly, the crucial pieces of information will be collected to create your individualised ActionCOACH Business Plan for the next 12 months.
This is not a traditional business or marketing plan, but rather a step-by step plan of ActionCOACH that you will work with as you proceed through the Mentor Program.
During an ActionCOACH Mentor Program, a Business Coach will work alongside you and your business on and one-on-one basis for a minimum of 12 months to assist you in reaching your goals. This can range from weekly coaching calls to the collaborative creation of various marketing pieces. From this you will develop new sales strategies and business systems that allow you work less and relax more.
Your ActionCOACH Business Coach will specifically work with you on your sales, marketing, team-building, and business development initiatives, as well as all elements of the ActionCOACH plan developed from your ActionCOACH Alignment Consultation.
Most importantly, your ActionCOACH Business Coach will be there when you require them the most ... as ideas take shape, as each campaign is launched, when you need general pointers to make it happen, when you need someone to talk to, when you encounter speed bumps, and most importantly, when you are not entirely sure of what to do next. Your very own ActionCOACH Business Coach will be there for you and your business every step of the way.

After the initial 3 month period, you will find you are not working more, just differently. Then, depending on your individual situation and goals, from about 6 months you will begin to see the results of your efforts. A key point to take out of this is to remember that it is about changing what you do with your time, not simply putting in more of it.

Of course, the arrangement is completely up to you and your ActionCOACH, however it will need to cater for the goals already set in order to be able to achieve them.
